Who we are

Hotspotsmontenegro.com is an editorial travel guide to Montenegro, created and maintained by Ednovate. For questions about this privacy policy, you can contact us at privacy@ednovate.nl.

What data we collect

We only collect the data needed to run and improve the website:

• Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (for example, which pages are popular and which country visitors come from). This happens through cookies that collect anonymous, aggregated statistics. We do not use this data to personally identify individual visitors.
• Affiliate cookies — when you click a "Book now" link or similar link (for example, to Booking.com, SamBoat, Click&Boat, or other partners), the party you go to may place a cookie to track that you came via our site. This is necessary so we may receive a commission if you book something there — this never costs you anything extra. We have no access to, and do not ourselves collect, personal data through these cookies; that happens entirely on the external party's side, under their own privacy policy.
• No accounts, no payments on our site — Hotspotsmontenegro.com never asks you to create an account, log in, or pay us directly. All bookings and payments go through the external partner (for example, Booking.com) itself.
